Should I clear a kitchen before the first visit?+
Remove exposed food and make the reported area reachable, but do not erase all signs or spray suspected harbourage. More detailed preparation follows identification and method selection.
How do you decide whether droppings are recent?+
Position, condition, surrounding dust and other fresh signs are considered together. Appearance alone is not always conclusive, so the wider route is inspected.
Can bird proofing be fitted anywhere pigeons land?+
The purpose, structure, access and non-target risks need assessment. Proofing should solve the relevant roosting or nesting issue without trapping birds or obstructing building maintenance.
What does a commercial pest inspection include?+
