Do not mark an instruction as complete if access remains blocked. Instead, identify the exact wardrobe, appliance edge or room that could not be prepared. The treatment record can then distinguish work completed from areas still requiring access, which is safer than assuming the whole zone was treated.
Heat treatment, residual insecticide, bait and physical control each place different demands on belongings and surfaces. One preparation sheet cannot be applied across them. Why is generic preparation sometimes unhelpful?+
Different pests and methods need different access. Emptying every room can move activity, remove evidence and create unnecessary work, so instructions should follow identification.
Can I clean after insect treatment?+
The technician will identify surfaces that must remain undisturbed and those that can be cleaned. The timing varies with the product, pest and room use.
What should I report between visits?+
Record the date, exact place and type of fresh sign. Do not move monitors or control points, and mention any cleaning, repairs or DIY products that could affect interpretation.
